Nestled within Ch’íyáqtel First Nation (Tzeachten), their project introduces 15 suites tailored to meet the unique needs of elders and large families, addressing essential needs for housing within the community. This housing project is a testament to our commitment to delivering residences that embody quality, longevity, and comfort. Notably, the initiative thrives on collaboration, with the consultant team, client, contractor, funders, and development consultants all aligned and pulling in unison toward a shared vision, ensuring the success and positive impact.

Greystone Townhomes
The Greystone project comprises 43 townhomes, a collaborative effort with the owner and client to deliver essential housing to the community. The architectural vision incorporates a seamlessly integrated landscape design and site flow, contributing to the overall livability of the development.

Engaging in tenant improvement projects, our architectural endeavours are dedicated to assisting local businesses with rapid timelines, facilitating their business development by providing a foundational space for growth. From crafting child care spaces to establishing a vibrant Pilates studio in the heart of Chilliwack, our designs not only address functional needs but also contribute to the dynamic fabric of the community fostering a supportive environment for local enterprises to take a significant step forward.
